- Prenatal Visits (1-3): Discuss birth preferences, create a personalized Birth Plan, assist with gift registries, and address any questions. One visit must be around 33-35 weeks, with optional visits around 28-31 weeks and around 37-41 weeks as needed.
- Text, Call, & Email Support: Available as needed from the moment of hire throughout postpartum, offering informational and emotional support to help you navigate your journey.
- On-Call Birth Support: Available from your 28th-42nd week of pregnancy. Continuous support as you approach labor, whether it’s guidance, reassurance, or hands-on assistance.
- Advocacy During Labor & Birth: Support with advocating for yourself, helping you explore your options, and ensuring you feel empowered to communicate with your care team and make informed decisions.
- Continuous Labor Support: Support throughout your labor, offering evidence-based comfort measures, pain management techniques, and reassurance when you need it most. Also includes emotional encouragement and support for your birth partner, ensuring you both feel empowered and confident.
- Postpartum Visits (1-2): Reflect on your birth experience, process any emotions, and discuss any questions you may have. Support with newborn and maternal care will also be available. The first visit is during the first week of postpartum, with an optional second visit as needed.
